Garlic. Butter. Pasta. That’s it. That’s the post.
Just kidding — but seriously, this recipe is your new weeknight hero:
15 minutes, one pot, and enough garlic to scare off vampires (and maybe your ex).

Garlic Butter Pasta
A fast, flavorful weeknight comfort meal with just a handful of ingredients.
Ingredients
Equipment
Method
- Cook pasta per package directions. Save ½ cup pasta water.
- In a pan, melt butter. Add garlic and sauté 1–2 minutes.
- Add drained pasta to the pan. Toss well.
- Season and serve with toppings of choice.
Notes
- You can add red pepper flakes for a little spicy kick — just enough to warn your tastebuds something good is coming.
- No fresh garlic? Garlic powder will do in a pinch, but don’t tell any Italian grandmothers.
- Leftovers? Reheat with a splash of water or a little extra butter and it’s like day one all over again.
- Optional but encouraged: top with Parmesan, fresh parsley, or your deepest secrets.
- Pairs well with: lazy Tuesday nights, reality TV, and someone who says “this is restaurant quality” after every bite.
